avoid screen flashing

Because the neww command creates the window at 0 position, the status line windows shift and sometimes the main working window (vim, terminal, ...) flash for split second. Using neww -dt 99 creates the window at the end and don't cause any screen flashing! Also some minimum fish key binding was added.
