📝작업 내용
대기열 페이지에서 이탈한 사용자들이 작업열로 이동되었을 때,
빠르게 작업열에서 빠질 수 있도록 초기 작업열 토큰 TTL을 짧게 잡는다.
만약 사용자가 정상적으로 대기열 페이지에서 대기하여 예매 페이지로 이동될 경우 TTL을 연장하여
정상적으로 예매를 진행할 수 있게 한다.
