[ Bug Report ] UI bug | Items section is flickering when all wads are removed

Describe the Bug

When removing all wads (I removed from menu: items -> remove all wads) will cause flickering of the Item section in the UI. Notice in the screenshot it is empty while it should read "click here to load a new wad file"

To Reproduce

Create a new level from TombIDE
Open the level in the editor
Go to top menu: Items -> remove all wads
Confirm
Notice the Item section now flickering

Expected Behaviour

Item section not flickering and just showing "click here to load a new wad file"

Note to other devs: I'd say this is not worth fixing for the WinForms version of TE. We just need to make sure this bug isn't present in the WPF version.

I'd also not count this as a RC1 blocker.
