Ghost Waystones, Unnamed, can't teleport to and unremovable.

Describe the Issue

Can't break any newly placed waystone, they appear as ghost items and don't get dropped at all, they might leave a not working unnamed point or disappear completely, the server goes crazy as well when I break one, some payload problem about the edit/placement/remotion not being sent to the client successfully, I am doing some tests rn to check whatever some connectivity mod might be fucking it up, or idk.

the problem was another mod named fakeplayerloading, meant to replace Carpet for 1.21.1+ as there's no official support yet for 1.21.10, if any chunk was loaded through this mod then the waystone would not drop, I dont know exactly how it manages to break it but it does, if anyone may happen to use both of those mods at once, the quick temporary fix would be /fakeplayer disableall and then you can proceed to do any task you'd like with waystones.
