Implementation Notes
This PR adds more metadata to the README template in LDCOOLP. The metadata added by this PR includes funding information and related materials, they will be included in README.txt generated by LDCOOLP if the metadata are available for an item in Figshare.
A jinja template macro is also included to provide the general name for a funder when applicable. The macro setting/template is included in the configuration file; placeholder holders have been included in the default configuration template.
