normalize negative modulus inputs in precision modular operations
ensure modPow and modInverse handle negative moduli
adjust bigint modPow and prime utils for negative modulus
test negative modulus with mod and modMul

Testing

npm test (fails: BigInt literals not available / other TS errors)
