Added the axi_lite_master_pkg.vhdl to the verification component context. This would resolve issue 1093

@F2g-git Thanks! While at it, could you also add signal_checker_pkg? Then I would also ask for a news fragment, see the release notes instructions. Your news fragment should be named 1094.bugfix.rst
