Remove id-token: write which caused OIDC authentication failures on fork PRs. Use claude_code_oauth_token directly with proper write permissions for pull-requests and issues. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The pull_request trigger cannot access repository secrets for fork PRs (GitHub security restriction). Using pull_request_target runs the workflow in the base repo context where secrets are available. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
