This PR applies our pre-commit configuration across the entire codebase.
Since pre-commit was recently introduced, the main branch was not yet formatted. This change establishes a consistent code style and provides a clean baseline for all future contributions, preventing unnecessary formatting noise in new PRs.
This is a purely stylistic change with no impact on functionality.
