-Adds toggle to enable/disable dragging
-Background temporarily changes to default 72 alpha while in draggable mode, and reverts when toggled off

-Looked briefly at doing this with the scroll wheel, but mouse input registers 10 when scrolling either up or down so went with numpad keys instead
