Motivation

• Provide a formal v1.0.0 release notes document that aggregates and explains changes since v0.9.0 (using commit 7d8bf1a / "New version (Release/v0.9.0 #97)" as the prior-version reference) for users and maintainers.

Description

• Add RELEASE_NOTES_v1.0.0.md containing highlights (benchmark refactor/namespace migration, AutoML integration updates, expanded benchmark docs, and docs deployment/versioning improvements), a list of included PRs (Integrate LLaMEA - AutoML to follow the latest version of BLADE #81, Refactor/benchmarks #98, automl-docs-fix benchmarks.rst #100, docs: add methodology taxonomy and annotate benchmark entries #101, Improve README and documentation coverage; add feature map and docs navigation #102, Update docs Pages workflow to publish on releases with latest-tag default #103, Update docs index benchmark coverage and fix version selector navigation #104), and upgrade notes calling out the import-path migration from iohblade.problems to iohblade.benchmarks.

Testing

• No automated tests or linters were run because this is a documentation-only change per repository guidance, though repository inspection commands (git log, git diff --stat) were executed to collect commits and file changes.
