Adds endgame flag, to signify character has left the levelling challenge.
Characters may transition to endgame at max-level and only while in the 'PASS' state.

Once in the endgame state, you may trade with other 'PASS'ing Endgame characters, and you may repeat instances without 'FAIL'ing.
