Appends the shipping zone ID to the cache key for sorted shipping methods to ensure cache entries are unique per zone. This prevents incorrect method sorting when different zones are involved.
Refactored addMethods to accept an optional zoneId parameter instead of retrieving it internally. Updated call sites to provide zoneId explicitly, improving clarity and testability.
