- Configure Operations Report log widget to be read-only (state=tk.DISABLED) by default to prevent accidental user typing in system logs. - Dynamically toggle log state to tk.NORMAL during programmatic log appends and log clearing, auto-scrolling to the bottom. - Add a Clear Log button with Alt-R keyboard accelerator mnemonic and hover tooltip. - Add unit test coverage in test_clear_log.py verifying read-only state, log appends, and log clearing headlessly.
