🎨 Palette: Add accessibility shortcuts and mnemonics to multiple entry UI dialog

💡 What: Added keyboard shortcuts (, Alt-O, Alt-C), button mnemonics (underline=0 for "Ok" and "Cancel"), and window close protocol handler (WM_DELETE_WINDOW) to multiple_entry.py. Added headless unit tests in test_multiple_entry_ui.py.
🎯 Why: Solves keyboard navigation accessibility issues in the Python project export file configuration dialog and ensures proper window cleanup when closed via window manager controls.
♿ Accessibility: Supports Escape to cancel, Alt-O to submit, Alt-C to cancel, and visual keyboard mnemonics on buttons.
