The Bee Microbiome Project (BMP) is a systematic attempt to characterize global microbial taxonomic and functional diversity for the benefit of the bees.

• src Scripts (R, Bash) developed for meta-analysis of BMP data; this code is used in methods.
• data Data files resulting from or used in processing and analysis.
• figures Figures generated during this project.
• methods Methods used in BMP analyses. Includes computational methods for performing analyses and generating figures for meta-analyses.
