Replaced the phylogenetic analysis part with a detailed FST workflow connecting ADMIXTURE-defined groups to pairwise population differentiation analysis. Added explanations, paths, commands, output files, and heatmap interpretation.

This pull request updates the GP3 project README by replacing the phylogenetic analysis section with a detailed FST analysis workflow.
The new section connects ADMIXTURE-defined groups to pairwise population differentiation analysis. It explains what FST means, why it is calculated after ADMIXTURE, how sample lists are created from ADMIXTURE Q files, how to run all pairwise comparisons or selected group comparisons, how to summarize FST values, and how to generate the FST heatmap.
