#24391 revisited

Second approach to #24400

This time the solution is implemented at the SolrMarc::getHoldingIds()
where multiple LKR filter values for a single record are collected in a
single IlsHoldingId object. Then the filtering in the Alma::getHolding()
works well with the original code (pre-2.6.1).
