When merged this pull request will:

  • Action to bury/unbury mines on diggable surfaces
  • Prevent disarming and picking up of buried mines
  • Refactor duplicate code in ACE_GadgetUserAction
  • Add ACE_SurfaceLabels.conf for registering property labels for surfaces, such as DIGGABLE
