- Set 40MHz as the default SPI frequency - Spresense board must use SPI_MODE3 not SPI_MODE0.

Add support for SONY SPRESENSE board
SPI_MODE3notSPI_MODE0.It works well on SONY SPRESENSE board with adafruit/Adafruit-GFX-Library#431.
Test by examples/mock_ili9341 sketch passed. There is no impact on the other boards.
