Fixes event image handling

User settings and privacy

• Removes handler that shows user(s) information
  • May return with more User permission granularity (supers)
• Provides methods for separating json representation of user account and user setting information
• Includes additional user settings (Pitt Pantry and eagerness)

Thanksgiving update

Changes:

• Allows general message notifications
• Updates SQL connection pool to null pool (no connections are reused)
  • Allows multiprocessing in Tornado

Demo release

This release will be used to demo PittGrub to Sodexo

Changes include:

• Password reset functionality
• Event filtering (only show active events)
• Recommended event filtering (only show active events that the user hasn't accepted/declined)
