  • fixes workflow
  • removes line about a template from README. Im pretty sure this is just follow the same format as aeon?
  • removes function which times data loading
  • removes blank test
  • moves dataset from top level into the datasets folder

There is still a lot of issues and the tests are going to fail for this (im not sure what is being tested tbh), but taking it bit by bit.
