Because using the compose file in the readme failed to deploy in my case. Using some of the values from docker/docker-compose.yaml worked (like start_period on the health check).
Left the "new" line that I used during comparison that shouldn't be in the file.

The example currently in README.md didn't deploy for me because the health check failed. This PR updates the README.md docker-compose contents to be the same as the docker/docker-compose.yaml contents (with the start_period and decreased frequency of checks).
