To improve cart UI and logic

Currently the UI of cart is not appealing and would not be able to handle lots of items efficiently. Also the increasing and decreasing cart Item logic is not working properly nor does it updating the total price according to it.

• I propose to enhance the UI of cart and update it logic to handle things correctly
