[Bug] Product Review and Rating System is Non-Functional #355

What happened?
The product review system on all product pages is completely broken. Users are unable to leave reviews or rate products. The star icons are not interactive, and there is no visible button or form to write a review, which is a critical feature for e-commerce.

-Navigate to any product page.
-Click on the "Reviews" tab.
-Attempt to click on the star icons to give a rating.
-Look for any button or link to write a review.
Expected Behavior
Clicking the star icons should allow a user to select a rating (e.g., from 1 to 5 stars).
A "Write a Review" button or a submission form should be present on the page.
The system should allow a user to submit a written review along with their rating.
Actual Behavior
The star icons are non-interactive; clicking them does nothing.
There is no button, link, or form to write a review.
The entire review section is static and unresponsive, completely blocking all user feedback.
