derivA is a tool that allows the user to manually create provenance. By taking an artifact from your local file system, derivA can encode its provenance in Proof Markup Language (PML) and upload to a server for you to manage. With derivA, you can assert an artifact, or derivate one from other artifacts in order to construct your full provenance trace.
