feat: ship Telegram Mini App

Summary

• add a Telegram Mini App shell that reuses the same game bundle and gameplay logic as web, Android, and iOS
• authenticate Telegram launch data on the Worker and support room/replay deep links, Telegram sharing, theme, safe areas, haptics, and lifecycle controls
• harden build publication, online rating integrity, CI ordering, responsive phone layout, documentation, and critical per-file coverage gates
