Summary

restrict leader responses to Agno-related work and refuse unrelated requests
make Slack thread context and screenshots first-class context before asking follow-up questions
reduce repetitive use of "What are you working on?" in greetings
add eval coverage for Slack context behavior and unrelated-question refusal
