step 3:

• where rule not valid - updated to comply with the latest approved change - that is also updated in the .NET engine (behaviour wasn't clear in previous version of the spec) - https://jira.hl7.org/browse/FHIR-46548

step 4:

• correct the type listed in the cast to what is in the tutorial (it's not FHIR.integer - this is intended to be a primitive)

step 10:

• logical model path/elementIds are inconsistent and corrected
• The RightInner logical model had duplicated/invalid URL from the Right logical model

Hi @brianpos. Thanks a lot for the PR. However I incorporated the other change request and you PR did get of sync. I think I have already everything adressed, however I cannot rebase your branch to the updated master. Could you quickly check if is ok for you?

step 4 - primitive
step 10 - needed to adapt the structdef and i think they are now right.
