Overview:
Adds utility code in preprocessor.rs to dump the stream content deltas into a per request json file. This PR should be used to collect data for tool calling and reasoning parsing.
Currently, stream recording is enabled by default and sink location is set to ./stream_recordings. But these two things can be configured via envs
