ai4os-nvflare

This is NVIDIA Flare to make it work with the AI4OS platform.

Docker images are built to the platform's Harbor registry and can be used as following:

• docker run registry.services.ai4os.eu/ai4os/ai4os-nvflare-server
• docker run registry.services.ai4os.eu/ai4os/ai4os-nvflare-client
• docker run registry.services.ai4os.eu/ai4os/ai4os-nvflare-dashboard
