Replaced direct strategy instantiation with a get_default_strategy() function in _strategy.py and updated SpatialClassifier to use it. Updated the prediction notebook to simplify usage and data loading. Added 'lightgbm' and 'ipywidgets' to optional dependencies in pyproject.toml.
