- Add AKTO_KAFKA_SASL_MECHANISM env var (PLAIN or SCRAM-SHA-512) - Extract buildSASLMechanism() helper used by both GetKafkaWriter and GetCredential - When unset and IS_AUTH_IMPLEMENTED=true, try SCRAM-SHA-512 first and automatically fall back to PLAIN if connection fails, ensuring backwards compatibility for existing customers using PLAIN Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
