Improve Ukrainian translations

Summary

• add Ukrainian labels for all current customization options and service actions
• cover every canonical MIoT value key used by the bundled language dictionaries
• add contextual translations for airers, air purifiers, dishwashers, occupancy sensors, filters, Viomi vacuums, washers, and water heaters
• correct existing Ukrainian terminology and spelling
• keep every non-Ukrainian language section unchanged

Validation

• python -m pytest -q tests/test_translations.py — 16 passed
• Home Assistant translation parity — 337/337 keys, no missing or extra keys
• MIoT value dictionary coverage — 354/354 canonical keys across all bundled language dictionaries
• AST comparison — only the uk dictionary changed
• no duplicate dictionary keys
• JSON and Python syntax validation — passed
• git diff --check — passed
• full local suite — 170 passed; one unrelated macOS FFmpeg/asyncio teardown error in tests/test_cnhdm_airrtc_wkq01.py, covered again by Linux CI

@al-one, the Ukrainian translation update is ready for review. It now covers all 337 Home Assistant translation keys and all 354 canonical MIoT value keys present across the bundled language dictionaries. All current validation checks are green.
