Straightforward dependency bump of eth-account from 0.13.7 to 0.14.0. The breaking changes in 0.14.0 (dropping Python 3.8/3.9, requiring eth-utils >=5.3.0, CamelModel inheritance, removing deprecated signHash) do not affect this project, which requires Python >=3.12 and only uses stable APIs (Account.recover_message, Account.from_key, encode_defunct, account.sign_transaction). The transitive dependency on eth-utils >=5.3.0 is compatible with the pinned web3==7.16.0, and pydantic==2.13.4 is compatible with CamelModel. Existing tests cover all eth-account usage patterns.
