Adds a usecase file + README row under Orchestration & Multi-Agent.

The pattern: Hermes keeps the judgment, a deterministic runner keeps the receipts — repeatable jobs (daily digests, triage, report pipelines) graduate from chat into one checked .nika.yaml file that Hermes delegates to via the nika skill. Statically audited before any token is spent, budget-capped at run, hash-chained traces after.

Meets the catalog bars: runnable demo included (fully offline, zero keys — mock provider, optional Ollama) and primary sources (the skill passed hermes-agent's skill-guard scan; taught commands are CI-tested against each released binary; the skill is on the official catalog queue as NousResearch/hermes-agent#61632, maintainer-triaged).

Full disclosure: I'm the nika author — the honest tradeoff is stated in the file (non-interactive by design; OpenCode stays the right seat for autonomous coding).
