This is "more static" than dlopen, and will let us start to implement our own dlsym, at which point we can switch everything to static.
Need to actually implement dlsym for this to work. This will also break SDL, so we may need to switch to an example that doesn't require it or switch to a statically linked window alternative, or just modify the example temporarily to not need graphics.
