Add prompt-to-asset image-generation MCP router

Add prompt-to-asset to Plugins & Channel Integrations alongside ClawRouter.

prompt-to-asset routes image-generation prompts to 30+ models (DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Midjourney) through a single MCP server. Similar in spirit to ClawRouter but for image generation rather than LLM routing.
