Adds Webcmd at the end of 13. Developer Tools & Integrations.
Webcmd is fully open source (Apache-2.0, TypeScript). It learns how a site is navigated once and compiles that into deterministic per-site CLI commands for AI agents, installable as Claude Code / Codex skills.
