Supported operations were a bit bugged but that's fixed me
-Fix "More info about RACF Keys" link -Change Segment titles to new format -Remove '-' from admin types in text -Fix issues with setropts and permission allowed operations -Add links to admin types in traits/index.md -Describe RACF Subsystem requirement -Add trailing newline to gitignore
-Change dependencies note to cut down on excessive language -Racf options to RACF options in top of doc sheet
