Removes [next-mdx-remote](https://github.com/hashicorp/next-mdx-remote). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@mintlify/scraping](https://github.com/mintlify/mint/tree/HEAD/packages/scraping). These dependencies need to be updated together.
