Adds a PHP 8.5 acceptance job while preserving every existing PHP/framework dependency requirement and existing CI workflow. Checks all source syntax, actual dependency resolution with Composer security blocking, platform requirements, auditing and any existing Composer/PHPUnit test command.
This PR does not claim PHP 8.5 compatibility until the job and all existing workflows pass. The old framework/dependency versions may require authorized ELTS access or additional compatibility work; those failures remain visible rather than removing existing support or bypassing security.
