Updated the public address question in
installQuestions()to accept either an IP address or a fully qualified domain name (FQDN). This enables support for Dynamic DNS (DDNS) setups where the public IP is not static, allowing WireGuard to resolve the hostname dynamically. Auto-bracketing is now applied only to IPv6 literals to prevent incorrect formatting.
