Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the VMware vSphere installation documentation to reflect current version support and fix a broken link. The changes modernize the documentation to include VMware vSphere 7.0 support and remove an outdated URL.
- Updated version requirements to include VMware vSphere 7.0 support
- Fixed broken VMware website link by replacing with generic reference to VMware/Broadcom

The images and snapshots in the documentation are from version 6.7 and do not resemble the latest versions, 7 or 8.
Additionally, there is a broken link to the VMware website, likely due to changes made by Broadcom.
