Initial support for Confluent services metrics like Schema Registry and Rest Proxy .. though potentially of limited use since only the server container jersey and jetty metrics are exposed and not the consumer/producer client metrics. See issue #9 for error with use of org.apache.kafka.common.metrics.GraphiteReporter
