Description
Les nouveaux composants d'inputs (dossier src/components/Filters) ont trop de logique liée au type de données (ex: code loinc, code anabio...). Du code pourrait être supprimé en utilisant les mêmes composants quand c'est la même structure de données (champ texte séparé par virgule, autocomplete asynchrone etc).
