to-do before merge

  • Setup dandi-infrastructure IAM role according to instructions in boostrap.md in the Open Data account
  • Terraform state remove current bucket
    • we did this with the sandbox so that we didn't have to delete the old bucket (yet) but could still make terraform "forget" about it
  • Switch to open data account id
