…ate) The list toggled from a parallel deleteToolOn boolean that desynced from the map's trash tool, so it showed when the tool was OFF and hid when ON (yellow) — inverted. Read the tool's REAL state after each trash click from the map cursor (crosshair = active) and open/ close from that (onDeleteToolState(on)); no flip-based boolean to invert. The delete MutationObserver is gated on the same real state.
