Permission-first, no pitch yet. p010 stage qualified -> pitched. 1/3 for tonight's unlock (deadline 2026-04-16T06:59Z, 26h55m left). Pivoted from PT-day-boundary delay — operator directed max agentic force, the unlock window for tonight is open now per script logic.
