Edits to entire chapter.

Thank you for this, @WayneRiesterer! The book is currently in production and the publisher has locked the repo for updates from us for the time-being. Looking over this commit it looks like I'll pull some of the requested changes in, but not all (some are formatting only). Appreciate this, really! Will leave the PR pending for a bit until the repo gets unlocked for writes again. :)

(Yes, I know that this breaks how Git should work, but the publisher has their process so we'll just wait until they're done ;) )
